For audiovisual projects, produced totally or partially in the country

At los notarios, we offer all the help for managing your projects and to provide the legal and financial tools for accessing those benefits.

Today there are two government subsidiaries programs:

 

1. THE CASH REBATE - FFC


40% refund of all audiovisual expenses and 20% refund of all logistical expenses that are provided by colombian companies or colombian people, when they are speeded in the country.

  • Tv series
  • Music videos

2. STOCK VALUES TAX CERTIFICATE - CINA


Colombia will give you a certificate of 35% discount of the amount expended on audiovisual services and logistics provided by Colombian companies. We can provide at the whole process from applying, executing and up  to selling the certificate.

THESE ARE THE TYPES OF PROJECTS THAT APPLY:

  • Cinematographic plays. Minimum Exp of USD431.100
  • Tv series. Minimum Exp of USD434.400 (min 4 episodes)        
  • Music videos Minimun Exp of USD 48.200
  • Advertising audiovisual projects Minimun Exp of USD 96.500

Both apply for the stages of:

  • Production and post production (isolated doesn't apply)
  • Cinematographic plays
  • Tv series
  • Music Videos
